This MTA/New York City Transit Project, which previously consisted of four individual contracts, for $108,886,000, involves the installation of three (3) ADA elevators and the construction of a passenger transfer connector between the Jay Street Station (IND) and the Lawrence Street Station (BMT) in the Boro of Brooklyn. Schiavone is the managing partner for the Joint Venture, with partner, Citnalta Construction Corp., and doing business as, Schiavone-Citnalta, A Joint Venture.
