This project is in the Boro of Manhattan for MTA/New York City Transit Project, for $60,724,000. This project consists of rehabilitating and expanding the capacity of two underground ventilation plants located at West 30th Street and Sixth Avenue, featuring excavation, mechanical, electrical and communication work, and the removal of hazardous materials. Schiavone is the managing partner of the Joint Venture, along with partner, John P. Picone Inc., and doing business as Schiavone/Picone, A Joint Venture.
